Operator and eligibility
VII Sport Platform is provided by SEPSAP Special Electronics, Planning, Solutions and Projects OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, registry 14538594, VAT EE102088535. Contact admin@sepsap.ee. Accounts are intended for people aged at least 18. Public documents remain accessible through Series activation without an account.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and report suspected compromise. Email confirmation and additional email verification may be required. Access to a Series does not automatically grant chat access. Organizers decide who may participate or write and may assign a professional alias.
Service and content
The service is free to end users. Organizers publish documents, results and official communications and retain their rights in those materials. Information in the platform does not replace the applicable sporting regulations or an organizer’s official procedures. Verify critical instructions through the relevant organizer.
Acceptable conduct
Do not post illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or otherwise abusive content, spam or misleading material. Do not share confidential or personal information without appropriate authority. Upload only material you are entitled to share.
Reporting and moderation
Use Report message or Report user in a chat to submit a confidential report. Authorized Series administrators review reports and may remove content or restrict participation. Reports concerning a moderator are escalated to SEPSAP. Contact admin@sepsap.ee to challenge a decision or report a concern outside the application. Personal blocking is not currently offered; store-policy suitability remains under review.
Offline operation and notifications
Offline copies may be outdated. Synchronization requires connectivity; a remote deletion cannot immediately remove a copy from an offline device. Push alerts are optional and can include message content. Avoid relying solely on push delivery for safety-critical communication.
Deletion and access restrictions
You can initiate deletion in your account settings and confirm by email. If your messages are in active chats or an administrator handover is needed, SEPSAP coordinates a manual review with the organizer. This is not a discretionary organizer veto. We normally respond within one month. Deleting an account is distinct from removing a Series locally or signing out. See Account Deletion and the Privacy Policy for content and backup handling.
Changes and applicable protections
Material changes to these terms may require renewed acceptance. No provision is intended to remove mandatory rights under applicable law. Governing-law, dispute, liability and organizer-agreement clauses require SEPSAP/legal approval before publication as binding terms.
